When we share in this way, we reflect, we learn, we grow, we connect. This project asked us to share one of your stories—a piece of you—in the form of a guidebook. My guidebook, How to Butter Your Flies, revolved around the anxieties that fly around inside my head, and ways I’ve tried to get rid of them. Spoiler alert: it’s not through extermination, but acceptance.
