A multimedia project that celebrates the unique design style of Japanese graphic design icon Kazumasa Nagai. Through a poster, booklet, mobile experience, and animation, I captured his philosophy and found an effective system of communication. The challenge for this project was to find the balance and even leverage the intersection of mine and his visual styles. How can I enhance his message while authentically communicating his ideas?
Thank you to Brett Yasko who taught this studio and provided valuable feedback and support.
